Hello,
I am writing this email because I am highly disappointed with how my Roadpilot Microgo is working.
I am from Madrid (Spain) and my Roadpilot Microgo serial number is: C00XXXXX
Purchased around April in Todo Radares - Portada
In June I upgraded my roadpilot and everything was working fine, Roadpilot detected practically all speed cameras. Suddenly I started to hear from people that Roadpilot’s database is not working as it should, so I decided not to upgrade for a while. After these few months I thought you had solved the problem now that we are paying for these upgrades.
Which is my surprise? That when I connect my Road pilot to the computer and upgrade it takes more than 15 minutes! Before it use to take around 5 minutes.
So I decided to try out my new database and see for myself that hardly any speed cameras are detected by my Roadpilot.
I went to the www.todoradares.com forum where they tell me to download the new software version (2.3.0.22) and tried again, still my roadpilot is not working as before.
I don´t know what has happened with your database or with your contract with todoradares, but in Spain we are all very disappointed and angry with Roadpilot´s service, never the less I think we all deserve and explanation. We are tired of ringing Ironcars and receiving useless information when they decide to pick up the phone.
I really hope you take this email into account now that we are paying for upgrades and we´re not receiving what we are paying for.
