Caja cambios e30

Muy buenas amigos,tengo un lio de ordago,supuestamente esta caja de cambios que tengo vale para el 318is e30....me parece a mi que no...osea que a saber de que coche es,y luego veo anunciadas otras que dicen...dicen ser originales con las siguiente referencia...: 240.0.0490.90 hay otra que no me acuerdo si es en 370.90 solo un 90, o 0490,tendría que mirar los anuncios otra vez,alguien sabe si la 240.0.0490.90 es la buena???? Y está que tengo yo de que coche será???? La cosa es que es del año 86 me parece a mi....por el redondel,bueno aquí subo fotos de esta mia

E30 M42 Gearbox Compatibility
The M42 engine is compatible with the Getrag 240 gearbox, which is commonly used in E30 models equipped with M42 engines.
However, the M42 engine cannot be physically fitted with earlier M10 gearboxes due to a different bolt pattern.
M40 and M42 gearboxes are interchangeable, but their input/output shafts and propshafts differ, meaning that replacing an M42 gearbox with an M40 unit will require a new propshaft.

For those looking to upgrade the gearbox, options include swapping in a stronger Getrag 260 gearbox, which should fit with some modifications.
Additionally, E36 ZF and Getrag transmissions can be fitted, but they lack an overdriven fifth gear, necessitating a longer differential ratio.
An E46 six-speed transmission can also be used but requires different mounts, a shortened driveshaft, and modifications to the transmission tunnel.

In summary, while the M42 engine is compatible with the Getrag 240 gearbox, there are several options for stronger or more modern gearboxes that can be adapted for use with the M42 engine
